Eh, at least it has some real color choices, there are actually maybe 4 or 5 colors on there in the age of the "movie poster" cover with vague crap all over it.

i don't know - I don't hate albums all that often but I hated Infected. It was putrid from beginning to end. Call me skeptical on this one.

The forums resized the image in the original post so small I first misread the opening track as "Hector's Hymen"

Also, how do you pronounce the album title? Evolution? R-evolution? Revolution/Evolution?

Hopefully it'll be better than their last albums (though i recently gave Threshold another listen and it seemed a lot better than on earlier listens). However, ANOTHER Song of Ice and Fire inspired song (Winter is Coming)? I liked Take the Black and Dark Wings, Dark Words, but give some other book series a chance, do a song about the Shannara series or something, heck, do a Hunger Games song and go for the 13-16 market.

I loved infected but still hope they return to their old sound.when is the release date?

I always check out new Hammerfall records. Glory to the Brave was a hugely important album for me, and that, Legacy, Renegade and Crimson Thunder remain absolute favorites of the genre. I like Chapter V and Threshold quite a bit too. No Sacrifice No Victory had a lot of really great moments too. Infected...well, it really didn't do much for me. It was ok, but those dudes aren't made for anything other than re-doing the same album over and over. Ha.

I love the whole "nerdy" euro power metal stuff , with exception of over produced bands (Rhapsody of Fire for example) ... I only heard the first album of Hammerfall, tought it offers NOTHING NEW , its a good record ... but Stratovarius is much more talented than they are (IMO)

I like everything Hammerfall has done so this will be a no brainer for me. Yes, every album is relatively the same, but it's like a fast food burger, some are better than others, but they always fill your belly.

Hammerfall is like In N out it's simple and consistent but it's freaking awesome.

I'm all over this when it comes out.

I'm also digging the latest Brainstorm. Probably one of my favorite Euro power metal bands.
