Although i must confess my favorite thrash album from 1990 is Artillery's By Inheritance:such a killer, i don't understand why it didn't make the list. Same for the excellent VIO-lence and Sodom albums.

From the list, i haven't heard the Deliverance ,Believer,Tourniquet and Exhorder albums.

Quite a lot of good choices here.

Yeah good question. Why didn't any of those make the list? Those are noteworthy releases from noteworthy bands.

Hmmm...well that contradicts what I just said in the other thrash discussion. I don't ever remember thinking that album was thrash. Oh well.

If Rust in Peace wasn't on this list I would've been torn between Forbidden and Kreator. Both those albums pack a violent punch.

I voted Seasons. Would have liked to see Seventh Angel make the list but it probably wouldn't have made much difference to the Megadave Megalandslide!

Megadeth would be in my top 3; but I went with Kreator on this poll.

Pantera - Cowboys from Hell from this list however back in 1990 I was still pretty much glam bands only...my choice here is my view now today since I now have widened my listening pleasure to include the albums listed for choice...

Persistence of Time for me. Tied with Spreading the Disease as my favorite Anthrax album. The Deliverance, Slayer, Believer, Tourniquet, Megadeth, and Annihilator are all at the top of my favorites list, as well.
