| Eternal Decision posted a rough mix of their cover of BELLTOWN. Sounds good so far, other than the triggered snare, which they always use. http://www.myspace.com/youreternaldecision _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!

| Wow...some pretty harsh statements after just 4 songs! LOL! Personally, I LOVE the Sacrificed's version of "Slay The Wicked"! I also really like what Coriolis did, even though I am not all that into industrial. Its not that far removed from what Deliverance did on their Assimilation album. As Ult stated, the vast majority of this is going to be metal, with some pretty big surprises coming up. I just had those 4 songs put into the MySpace player to give you an idea of the diversity. Those are the only two industrial styled songs that will be included (Coriolis and Leper), and so far, Krig is the only death metal band (though there may be another one). There is one pretty gothic sounding track that I think sounds INCREDIBLE, but I will hold off on putting that up for now. Other than that, its pretty much metal, with Ult's project, Eternal Decision, and some others, including a couple of big name vocalists heading up some project bands. I hope you all continue to give the tribute project a chance and check back on MySpace and at the CMR for updates. ARttie | |

| the Eternal desciosn sounds decent. Hope the vocals are as good. The sanctified song sounds very good, but I agree with others that it sounds a bit too close to the original. the other three songs are not thing. | |

| Wow brutal comments! Like Arttie stated though we still have quite a few surprises up our sleeves and this is still a metal release I guarantee you all will love something on here. Arttie and I have quite a few things we are holding out on for now. Keep watching this release you're gonna love it by the time we finalize and formally announce the track listing! | |

| finally listened to the songs on the CMR myspace:
Slay the wicked seems really close to the original, safe but good, guy can hit the high notes, point for that. Good solo, cover is pretty standard and safe though. 3/5
I like "what a joke", cool rammenstein type feel to it. I detect a lot of NIN in the vocal delivery. solo is so so. Very dark "down-tuned" kind of feel to this song. 3/5
Quite a raw recording on Weapons, doomy intro, interesting. Solo's aren't impressing me. Vocals are alright, pretty boring cover though. 2/5
Final one The Call, industrial intro again, lots of synth. kind of annoying so far...take that back...its very annoying 1/5
Anybody else hear the "why so serious" quote in the beginning of "what a joke"?
pretty bad overall, I'm not impressed.

| Eternal Decision is still together? Have they done anything since the third album? Seems like that thing came out, like, ten years ago. Always liked that band though. It just seems to me from the releases I have heard the last 3-4 years, Christian music [metal/hard, but overall] is dragging behind. There have been some great albums - but they are far and few between. And I burned out on the whole "Klank/Brainchild" style a long time ago. Just my opinion, but it may have had a more positive affect if the better tracks on the D tribute were the first ones posted. Grab the attention on the front end, even if it means waiting until they are recorded and sitting on the so-so stuff. |

Haha, yeah I have the Stryper tribute. Holy crapness is it ferociously terrible. There's 2 or 3 (maybe?) good covers. Disciple does one of them (More Than A Man) and it's pretty solid. Although the rest are pretty much making fun of them almost with how stupid they made the songs sound. I don't mind making a cover your own, but when you have a fast metal song and you turn it into some weird atmospheric gibberish, then don't even bother.

| My only thing and this is just my opinion I dont think Tourniquet belongs on a D tribute that would really ruin it for me but of the 4 songs ive heard I am SOOOOO LOVING IT!!!!!! I think it would be cool if Venia was on it | |

| Why don't they belong? Do you just not like Tourniquet Addy?
I can't wait to hear how the song I sang on turns out. I've not heard the final mix yet. _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!

| I like Tourniquet better than I like Kings X, and you know me well enough Ult to know thats says alot lol, though with Tquet I like just 2 albums Stop the Bleeding and POD Im not a fan of anything by them outside those 2 albums and yes Ive given it try, I just dont really care for the vox though I do like Bearing Gruesome Cargo but outside of that one song I have no interest not ever since Guy Ritter was no longer a part I liked Guy's vox Though if they do end up doing a song on the tribute I'll listen to it with an open mind but honestly just not expecting to be blown away by it

| Looks like there is a possibility I may be singing on two songs on this tribute. I was just offered a spot on a second song, a very heavily downtuned version of "What A Joke". Sounds like Machine Head playing Deliverance. _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!
