OUCH! Six songs gone from the album, just like that.

Sounds like it's more than that. I think they will have to start from
scratch in the studio, including finding a new studio, since they were
working with Larry's friend.

This thing's probably not gonna be released in August now,is it?

He did write more material. He wrote an albums worth of material, but with three writers in the band (Glenn, Larry, & Doug), they had to pick and choose songs. I heard all of Glenn's demos for the band and it was all solid thrash metal material.

He's bitter because they were practically finished recording and Larry is taking all the recording with him, since he financed the actual studio costs. He's also angry because he called on a lot of his Hirax contacts to promote the album, including getting the band the contract with Open Grave and getting them some European dates. Now they won't be able to meet their deadlines.

So, not only did Larry take his songs, he took all the recordings from the entire session? Yikes...

Holy smokes! I think I would have to agree with Shawn on this. I would be pretty tee'd off too.

THis is a soap opera and frankly sounds like what the same 'type' of stuff that has happened over and over again....

I remember hearing all this kinda crap back in the late 80's... someone doesn't get their way and they walk.....

How frustrating is that ! the band is DOA from what I've read here.....

Actually, I really hope they can pull it together and get this release out. They've been together since 2004. They need to get at least one new release out.
