This is what they responded

"we would refund $50.00 and you keep the guitar. That is all we can do. Any painter could fix the minor damage for that amount. Let us know what you decide. Sorry about this. "

If this is the case, I could use to 50 bucks to repair the edges, that they It wont get worst on the future

Take the guitar to a repair shop (not guitar center, pick an independent place), get an estimate on the repair IN WRITING...then forward that estimate to seller of the guitar.

That's what I would suggest as well. They admitted to you that they noted the damage but did not mention it in any way. This, to me, indicates a level of dishonesty. If they refuse to pay for the repair, I say file a claim and get your cash back and send them their damaged merchandise back AT THEIR EXPENSE.

Any guitar shop could do it?

I think I may repaired myself, but what kind of paint should I use, or how could I paint it?

Most reputable guitar shops usually offer repair services. Accidents happen, and they know they can make a bit more money off of you in case they DO.

I think I could do it, but I need to know what tools should I use to fix it. The wood is intact. It is just the paint from the tips that came off

But you don't want to touch it UNTIL you get the estimate for the repair. That way you have an invoice you can send to the original seller and demand that amount of money in return for the repair. You don't even have to pay the guitar shop for repairing it, you just need a written estimate. Once you get your money you can decide whether to repair it yourself or not.

I don't recommend you doing the repair yourself because it may come out even worse since you probably have no experience doing it and you will no longer have the option of getting them to pay for the damage.

You may be able to check the interwebz for help on repairing it, like a how-to guide, but I'm not sure how useful or accessible those can be especially if you're a hands-on learner.

I have contacted the stores around, and the only one estimated like 150 bucks. It is to much.

I accepted the offer, and got 50 bucks back and a set of strings. Hopefully I can get more from them, I ask for a wah pedal, strap an a stand lol! .

For the price I couldn't be more satified. I got it for 750, and the tips were sort of repaired when I got it. I just didn't know how to deal with the situation. I was about to return it
