I'll take a copy, kind sir. Minus the Janet J of course. I have about 6 or 7 comps an ex girlfriend made for me a few years ago. I used to collect vintage football and baseball cards from the 1950's and 60's, so most of my disposable income went to that. I have always listened to metal and hard rock but didn't want to take money away from my card collecting to get music I wanted, so she would make me the comps. I wrote out a list of about 125 or so songs and she would go on her laptop to Kazaa or Bearshare and get me songs. It would be a very eclectic mix due to the meshing of genres (she didn't really know much about music and she didn't listen to the stuff- just download and mix and burn) so you would have a cd w/ a tracklist that looked something like this:
Dave's Faves 7
.) Do You Believe In Love - Huey Lewis and the News
.) One In A Million Girls - The Tubes
.) Our Love - Krokus
.) All Right Now - Free
.) Angry Again - Megadeth
.) Inna Gadda Davida - Iron Butterfly
.) Owner Of A Lonely Heart - Yes
.) One Million Light Years Away - Stratovarius
.) Heaven - Warrant (Like I said, X-GF)
.) U Spin Me Round - Dead Or Alive
.) Poor Man's Son - Survivor
.) Street Of Dreams - Rainbow
.) Rock Me Amadeus - Falco
.) War Ensemble - Slayer
Like I said, eclectic
