I only have the Gothic Kabbalah. I like it, been wanting to pick up Lemuria and Sirius B too. I've also seen the band live and know some of their older material, but never really liked the rougher style. But yeah, Lemuria/Sirius B is (are? They still sell the 2-for-1 package?) on my list of albums to get.
Yeah, they are still available together, I believe. Combined rating: 9.5/10

I have never heard the band Therion from Sweden. I am wondering if it is worth picking anything up by them.

First three albums are epic death metal; after that, they're epic viking multicultural progressive metal.

Beyond Sanctorum is one of my all-time favorites. Swedish death metal cannot be beat, at least except by the Dutch and Americans.

I'd describe the period between their death metal days and Gothic Kabbalah as epic, symphonic metal with dark, pagan themes. Lots of orchestration and huge operatic choirs mixed with metal.

Well, I got Sirius B and Lemuria. I bought them separate - I actually found them together, too, but the price difference was negligible so I opted for two separate packages after all.

I've given Lemuria three listens now (didn't even pop Sirius B in the player yet!) and I think I'm getting into it more and more every time. It's not that far from Gothic Kabbalah style-wise, not as much as I was expecting at least, but the songs make a bit more sense and it's also somewhat heavier and more edgy. Typhon is a killer track. The Three Ships of Berik tracks kind of didn't 'click' just yet. I'll try and give Sirius B a listen or two before tonight's hockey game.

Most people seem to think Sirius B is the better of the two discs. Faves of that are:

Blood Of Kingu
Son Of The Son
The Khlysti Evangelist

and my favorite song of all time by any artist...

The Voyage of Gurdjieff
