Favorite Metal Covers?

Voivod - Astronomy Domine (perfect song for this band, they made it their own)
Voivod - The Nile Song (the Floyd version may be a little better, IMO)

These Voi Vod covers are a perfect example how to properly do a cover tune, by making the song your own, if you don't what is point in covering the song in the first place if you are putting your own stamp on it?

Indeed! The same goes for the music. I really love that Chicago heavy/doom metal sound of bands like Enforcer, War Cry and of course Trouble.
