| Savatage - "Back to a Reason"
Last track on the last Savatage album is just... pure progressive metal greatness! Like the rest of the album.

| Not sure about the rules if it's just one person, one song. But I really think that Rainbow's "Man on the Silver Mountain" should be included in this box. | |

This is probably the thrashingest tune on Immortal's demo Dead and Buried. It just makes ya wanna sing along and bang your head. Plus, it's dang catchy and should have led to more releases by this band. Unfortunately, the band morphed into Brainchild and Circle of Dust. Yecchh. Got a link for that? This was a cassette-only release, and I have never seen it in a digital format. Wish I had a link. I'd have to break out my cassette to hear it again, and to be honest, I'm afraid to do it! If I could get it onto CD-R, I would, but I don't have the equipment to do it. Sorry!!!!!

All you need to do is use the simple recording program that most computers have and play your tape on a ghetto blaster next to a USB microphone connected through the computer and then...sha-kim!! you got it! I used to do this all the time for internet radio surf rock.

| It would be killer to make a disc with all these tunes. Copyright issues though will probably squash any real attempt to make it a go ? Lots of good tuneage, no doubt | |

Something to stimulate dialouge and hopefully have some fun with. The bonus being a new discovery ! I have been a metalhead since before the term was even invented and by no means have I heard everything out there. Thus a bonus.
