| Let's say somebody somewhere was to release a compilation cd with tuneage chosen by those who have the sorted reputation of posting at NLTM. I will start out the song listing by choosing 1 tune and 1 tune only. Another poster will do likewise, and so on and so on. I am gonna elaborate as to why I think the song should be included, again play along if so desired. 1) Vengeance Is Mine-Final Axe This song starts out one place and goes someplace else altogether. The element of both 70' and 80's influence is quite evident and it is debatable as to what you'd classify it in the current standard of applying genre to what is obvious. It's METAL | |

| 2) Metal Crue - Sabaton
This song pays homage to many of the giants in the metal genre and is just a rollicking good, singalong song. For those who don't know it:

| Metal Missionary--Lightforce
A awesome song by an unclassifiable band, catchy, and also a prologue to another giant Mortification.

| I'd buy this CD in a heartbeat already. EDIT: although you've got Dallas' entry reversed. The band is Cryonic Temple. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Outer Darkness - Immortal
This is probably the thrashingest tune on Immortal's demo Dead and Buried. It just makes ya wanna sing along and bang your head. Plus, it's dang catchy and should have led to more releases by this band. Unfortunately, the band morphed into Brainchild and Circle of Dust. Yecchh.

| "Love Destruction" and/or "Punk and Belligerent" by Warrior Soul.
Why? Because I'm the numero uno Warrior Soul fanboy on this board. _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

| Motorhead - We Are Motorhead (from the album We Are Motorhead)
This comp needs some Lemmy and this song is one of the "newer" underrated classics. 2 minutes of fast, greasy, grimey attitude. P.S. Yes, I want a copy of this disc if/when someone puts it together.
