Bullet

Hm, don't know if those guys are that famous so I decided to give 'em a thread! Bullet is a Swedish band from a city called Växjö, not far from me actually. Heard about them sometime last year when the metal magazine Close-Up had an article about them. But I heard their music for the first time yesterday evening when I listened to Dist, a late heavy metal radio show. And I was freakin' out! These dudes rocks! You can't hear any modern rock, nu metal or any other bad vibes here! The singer sounds almost identical to Brian Johnson of Geordie and AC/DC by the way and the music is great! I think the're on a world tour at the moment and I will se them as fast they visit their home country again!



Take time and give them a try! Old skool metalheads won't regret it, that's for sure...

I have "Heading For The Top" and you're right, definitely an AC/DC vibe.

Hmmmm, I'm only familiar with the German Bullet. Will have to check into these guys.

I remember a band called Bullet, the had a couple albums, No Mercy and Execution. I liked this band are they the same as the above mentioned. The albums I have are probably early to mid 80's era. They do have an AC/DC similarity.

That's the German band I am a familiar with.

- I am just done listening to "Pay the Price", and I really like it - The singer especially - He does have a very Brian Johnson sound, but he holds his own as well.

Yeah, that was my first reaction too!

I especally love the tracks "Dusk Til Dawn" and "Nailed to the Ground"! Sounds like AC/DC's Blow Up Your Video tuned up to 11!

Saw them live here in Norway this summer. They put on a great live show..
Lots of energy and passion, it was like being at consert in the 80`. Not one single thing about them could be described as modern!!

I just checked these guys out. They are good! I definitely hear the AC/DC influence. Good stuff!

I have the cd and it is definitely AC/DC vibe going on!

OK, now that I have access to MySpace, the logo tells me this is the same Bullet I have on Heading For the Top.

But this sounds much better. Need to round this one up!
