| Since 1973, I haven't been to a 'real' concert. I saw Led Zeppelin then. Tonight, I am going to see Alice Cooper. My wife is going with me too. Ugh! She hates hard rock and metal and doesn't like Alice Cooper at all. Oh well, she might enjoy Schools Out, or Eighteen. Maybe Only Women Bleed and Poison. That is if he does those songs. The last time I took her to a horror film or anything like that my arms were bruised from her squeezing so hard. Man I am stoked for this. Those of you who go to concerts all the time, well it's probably old hat, but for me, this is gonna be a treat. On another note, I understand Alice has cracked ribs, but supposedly has not slowed down a bit. That is amazing at 60 years old. 3 years older than me and there is no way I could manage get around like he and Mick Jagger do for the length of time that they do. The other concert that I want to go to is Helloween and Gamma Ray, but I won't be able to go because that is the weekend we are going to have a family reunion at Wisconsin Dells. That'll be fun too. Maybe I can go to the Ho Chunk Casino and win a lot of money. | |

| I saw Alice once on the "Operation Rock N Roll" tour in the summer of '91 and I can honestly say his set was one of the best shows I've ever seen. I was not a big Cooper fan going in but the Alice set totally blew me away that night! _________________ "If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"

| I have 3 Alice Cooper DVD's and I enjoy every one of them. -- Alice Cooper Trashes The World, Brutally Live, and Good To See You Again.
The show is in a theater in Waukegan, IL called the Genesee. I hope we will be able to see ok. I just got tickets last night. The other problem is that the seats are one apart from each other. Maybe someone would be willing to switch so that my wife and I can sit together.
If anyone has been to a venue like this can you chime in as far as the seating goes? Can you see from just about anywhere?

| Calico is the girl that gets beat up on during "Only Women Bleed" she also pushes the stroller around during "Dead Babies" She really plays quite a few roles through the show. Alice Cooper if freakin' cool, It will a great show, I can't imagine anyone not being entertained and not loving every second of it. I wish I was going. | |

That would be her allright. Funny little side note, a lady I used to work with worked at Coopers Town restruant in Phoenix Arizona some years back and told me that she used to babysit Calico for Alice at his house in Scottsdale. Take it for what it's worth lots of folks like to tell Alice stories. The show will be loud, I would take ear-plugs, they cut out a lot of the noise and you can actually hear the music better because of them not to mention being able to hear the next day. I saw the metal masters tour last Wed. night and had plugs in but my ears were still ringing the next day, I was about 15 feet from the stage. Got a Motorhead pick from Phil Campbell. Caught a pick from the Alice Show last October too.

| Well, I am back from the concert and Alice did not disappoint. He had a good mix of the standard songs that I have seen performed on the DVD's that I have and newer stuff as well. The guillotine was absent, but Alice of course had to die. This time he went to the gallows and was hung. I was quite surprised as I expected the guillotine underneath the black cloth that covered it as it was rolled out onto the stage. The musicianship was nothing short of stellar. My wife didn't like the whole concert but there were moments that I am certain that she enjoyed herself. Eighteen, Schools out, Welcome To My Nightmare. Alice's daughter Calico did a superb dance during Only Women Bleed. Pretty impressive for a 60 year old man with a broken rib and ligament damage from a fall that he took during a show, just last week in Redmond, Oregon. His website says that doctors had told him it would take three whole weeks of inactivity and rest to heal up. Obviously Alice is one tough act. Elected, of course had parodies of Barak Obama and John McCain duking it out, and George Bush making a fool out of himself. It was pretty funny non partisan fun. They also brought out signs that said Alice Cooper for president, because he doesn't care. All and all the best concert that I have ever been to in my life. Because I collect shot glasses, I bought a shot glass, and an autographed Along Came A Spider CD. Kind of an expensive night, but well worth it. | |

| I saw him outside of Cincy last week. Great show, but the crowd was weird. I'm 35 and I was the youngest person there by about 10 years.... Not a very energetic crowd at all. Made me wish I had seen him in his heyday. Still glad I went, as I had never seen him before, it was just a weird crowd.... | |

| I'm 57 and I was not the youngest person there. The crowd was all ages, from very young to my age and over. The crowd was very much into it, everyone had a great time. Alice really engaged the crowd too. All in all the best concert I have ever been to. | |

That's really strange, I have seen him four times in the past 6 years and every show has been reaaly rockin'. The crowd is on their feet with hands in the air the whole show. There are people there of all ages 6 -65 easily. I have never been disappointed with an Alice Show. Went to see Great White last and it too was a great show, the crowds are getting older but the energy isn't slowing down at least here in New Mexico.

| My 16 year old son went to see Alice Cooper with Brontotex in the not too distant future. Lots of teenagers & twenty-somethings there according to him.

| My wife thought that we were going to be the oldest people there. She was quite shocked at the mix of people there and she admits that it was not nearly as bad as she thought it would be. | |
