Blind Guardian - Nightfall In Middle Earth

Metal - Powerslave
Rock - Van Halen (s/t) followed closely by IV (almost a tie)

I voted for the Black Sabbath S/T simply for the historical significance... Each of those albums is a masterpiece so it's really tough to just pick one.

Of those albums... VH's debut.

Picked Appetite For Destruction. The perfect album in my opinion!

Lots of great albums on that list. Hard to really pick one over another. There are so many great metal albums, I don't know how anyone can say one is the "greatest".

I cannot pick a favorite album over all, it is just something I cannot do. I can pick a favorie album from individual bands but that is the best I can do. I'll sit this one out.
