| What syrus is trying to say is that someone bootlegged the M8 split. Just think, they bootlegged a crappy re-issue!
Wasn't this supposed to be reissued again? _________________

We got it. - kmorg wrote:

Last I heard, a couple months ago, the reissuing party was delaying it in favor of other, bigger name reissues...haven't heard a peep since. I've had someone else offer to do it, but I can't give him an answer until I know something about the original guy...who is very hard to get hold of. |

| I scored a copy of Lita Ford-Out For Blood for 3 bucks at a pawn shop. Then I checked out Scott's reviews on NLTM and discovered just how rare that one is. | |

That's rare now?
I don't think I own many rare cds at all. A zillion of them at ebay, from $3.84 upwards .. oh, I read on this page that it was a import that was kind of spendy, now that I think about it I didnt cost me much.

| I know this isn't as rare as a lot of stuff that some of you guys have, but I think this one is pretty cool: the original, shelved version of Dream Theater's Live Scenes From New York, the one with the infamous cover of the burning World Trade Center (which was released on the morning of 9/11.....that's all kinds of messed up). |

| *flex* Antestor - Det Tapte Liv & Forsaken in burnt black box (sort of recent, but it will become quite scarce) Believer - Dimensions (green R.E.X. cover..I almost always see the Roadrunner cover) Believer - Extraction From Mortality (original R.E.X.) Creed - Sign of Victory Dark - Endless Dreams of Sadness Dark - Revolution Dark - Seduction Darkseed - Midnight Solemnly Dance Darkseed - Romantic Tales (original and re-release) Enigma - Voyageur (artwork printed on case, small round cut booklet, no cracks or dents or scratches on case) Ezra - The Key FoldZan - King Planet Horde - Hellig Usvart (Nuclear Blast) Immortal Souls - Divine Wintertime (split with Mordecai) Island - Pictures (vinyl mock up CD) maudlin of the Well - Bath (original) maudlin of the Well - Leaving Your Body Map (original) maudlin of the Well - My Fruit Psychobells...A Seed Combustible (original) Midnight - M (autographed) Mordecai - Through the Woods, Towards the Dawn (split with Immortal Souls) Mortification - s/t (demon cover..original, not re-release) Rage - Metal Meets Classic Live (a DualDisc in 1999) Saint - Time's End (original Pure Metal) Saint - Too Late For Living (original Pure Metal) The Chasm - Deathcult for Eternity: The Triumph The Chasm - From The Lost Years.. The Chasm - Procreation of the Inner Temple Vaakevandring (original, not re-release) Vengeance - Human Sacrifice WatchTower - Energetic Disassembly (not the re-release, though I have that too, and of course it's much superior) and I have lots of Japanese editions of stuff, but it doesn't really count if you can find it sort of easily in one country, even if it is one country. Also, some of the other Christian stuff I have is rare, but a lot more widely circulated then what I named (Holy Soldier, et al) so I didn't count those either. | |

| I have the original Oracle - Mental Records release. I found just the disc, and with a little magical help from Pelata, I have perfect looking inserts [and also the original J-card from the cassette]. Close as most will ever come to having the real deal. |

I have it on a CD, but is most probably a bootleg (well, 100% as I bought it new & sealed 2 years ago ) - but the same version was recently sold for something above $60 on ebay ... Yes I own it on cd bought at a pawn for $4 like 5 years ago

| I'm not much of a collector but once I found the single Napalm Death - You Suffer in a bargin bin for 20 cent.It was a total rip off the entire single including the b-side is about 4 seconds long but later I found out there was only 3000 copys printed so I guess it was worth 20 cent.I also have the japanesse version of Death - Human that has a cover of god of thunder on it. | |

| I have years and years worth of cd's and have no clue what's rare but I'm guessing these might be because I don't know of anybody else with them (yet). Although on this board they may be pretty common. RESPONSE NEGATIVE,2003.
