Despite his obvious lack of hearing with regard to Nightwish.

SpectreFate for me. Cuz every time DallasBlack goes into a battle of wits with him, DB is clearly unarmed.

Sorry DB, but your picture is TOO serious. I love how Spec's picture has the "Hail Satan" and I'm pretty sure he doesn't even have that hair. It's a wig.

I hope that just means that I'm not a master with words (I've never made that claim anyways) and not that my intellect is in doubt or anything like that. Also I only got into a battle of wits with him a few times and most of the time I let my emotions get the best of me or I overreacted and I'm am much more eloquent when I am calm. That is why I try not to get into battles with people because I have a short temper which makes me look like a fool when I loose it.

It really wasn't meant to be serious, maybe I tried to hard with the brightness and contrast adjustments. Oh well, I am not here for your amusement so nuggghh!

Woops. Now that I re-read what I posted earlier, it does come across way more mean spirited than I intended. My apologies, dude. I was not trying to slam your intellect.

When I typed that I was thinking about the couple of times you guys have butted heads in the various Nightwish threads, you tended to get mad, and Spec responded by piling on the sarcastic humor, which may not be everyone's cup of java, but which gets me every time.

Nothin' personal.

See, this is why I should stay out of these kinds of threads, especially if I'm drinking Johnnie Walker Red and cola (as I was when I posted that last night).

Actually the whole purpose of my self portraits as Avatars is to prove just that. I try never to take myself too seriously. Well, read the Nightwish thread and tell me how you could handle that differently. Hey, it's all opinions with music so we should all get less worked up about it. Myself included.
