Subject: Who the frick is/are (Ex) Cat Heads? Sun Mar 09, 2008 2:16 pm
So I'm looking at an 80s metal compilation album that features the song 'Ace of Spades' (Youth Gone Wild Vol. 1). The credited artist is "(Ex) Cat Heads" according to allmusic.com. Am I missing something here? Sure sounds like Motorhead. Is this another AMG screw up?

The only "Ace of Spaded" I know is the Motorhead version, I don't have the compilation album in question but I'm fairly sure it's an AMG screwup. Send them an angry e-mail and tell them to get their you know what together.

I have that comp. I just checked and it IS Motorhead.

Lemmy's great rockabilly side project with Slim Jim (Stray Cats) is called The Head Cat so that might have something to do with the (Ex) Cat Heads name.
