| Best cat I met(when I was 19) was Jim Hinder from Onslaught - took me into the venue to let me play on his new bass before the sound check. | |

| All of Onslaught (The Force era) Great guys all, my cousin ended up being good friends with a couple of them and is still in touch I think. The original Napalm Death drummer, he tried to persuade me to buy an Amebix record instead of the first Bathory album in a record store in Birmingham. Best of the bunch was Slayer though, really struck me what really, really nice guys they were in contrast to their 'evil' image, even Kerry was really friendly, although this was on the Reign in Blood tour so before too much ego set in, plus I was a Sixteen year old total fanboy so was probably kissing their butts quite a lot! | |

| Lets see... Pantera. We opened for them a few times back in the early 90's at some local shows. Dime was one of the coolest cats you would ever meet, just don't pass out before him at a party! Vinny was nice enough, never got to know him very well. I still hear from Rex, we played golf at Los Colinas in DFW a few times, he is a damn good golfer. Have never had a problem with Phil, he is actually my wife's cousin. He invited us backstage after the Down show here last year & we talked about the good old days. Crowbar. They play here all the time, went to the casino with Kirk & Pat last time they were here. Pat got wasted & passed out on the blackjack table.Kirk is a super nice guy.Sat between him & Tommy Victor at the bar when Prong played here last year. Kings X. Dime & Vinny were at the show in DFW in Nov. of 02 & took me to the bus to meet them before the show. I had to burn my clothes to get the weed smell out. | |

| Joey Belladonna Scott Ian Charlie Benante Frank Bello Biff Byford Paul Quinn Nibbs Carter Nigel Glockler Doug Scarrett Tom Hunting (Exodus) Lee Altus (Exodus) Lemmy Phil Campbell Mikkey Dee All the guys in Cauldron All the guys in Holy Grail All the guys in Havok All the guys in Gypsyhawk Jon Leon (White Wizzard) Mikey Gremio (White Wizzard, Cellador) Kyle Shutt (The Sword)
James Paul Luna of Holy Grail is super nice and came over to talk to me because I had a Witch Cross shirt on. We had a good conversation about NWOBHM bands, etc...
Saxon were the best. Super nice guys. Total gentleman and glad to talk to the fans.
The Gypsyhawk guys were high as hell. One wrote, "Get high, or die trying" on my album. Ha!
All the Anthrax guys were nice (even Scott Ian) and Joey and Frank were quite chatty. Also everyone in that band is a midget. Even Frank Bello. I don't think any of them are taller than 5'7"
I met Motorhead by chance at an Ozzfest. They were wandering around looking for beer while Tool was playing their set. I was the only one that saw them and went over to say hello. They were all nice.

It is actualy called "Savvy's" Not trying to be a butt or anything. What year was that ? I was in a band that played there with them a few times in 1985 and 1986. The first time was Pantera closing, Midnight Blue opening and us (Lethal Dose) in the middle. The next time The Molly McQuires opened and in 86', Sweet Savage closed and Pantera was in the middle. We also played with Pendulum, Rigor Mortis, Rip Laff and Battalion. _________________ | |
