This year's Prog Power had a rather lackluster line up. Last year's line up had two rather ginormous names in Jon Oliva's Pain and Kamelot, both of which drew radically different crowds. Then of course, there were a few familiar faces in the supporting bands with Leaves' Eyes and Communic. The rest of the bands were all great, albeit far less known. But my point is PPUKII had some relatively well known bands at its helm - this year had Evergrey annd that was it. Nothing on the scale of JOP or Kamelot.
It's a shame it got cancelled, but I wasn't intending to go. I'm saving my money for Bloodstock.
