This is a christian thrash band that I discovered (among many others) through ult's site.

Anyone else dig them? I have only heard Razon De La Muerte, but I love the odd time changes and vocals. I would really like to hear their second album that ult describes as "technical to the point that nothing is memorable". I think I may have a brain tumor, but that really appeals to me.

Anyhoo. Thoughts?

A unique thrash band for sure. Their vocalist is just bizarre. Of course many people think my vocals are bizarre as well, so we have something in common. Smile

I haven't heard Razon De La Muerta in some time. I'll have to pull it out and give it a spin tomorrow.

On a side note, if you like these guys, also check out Modus Operendi. I think that Robert has some of their out of print CDs for sale: ultrametal@msn.com

I really enjoy Decision D. I've only managed to find Razon de la Muerte so far, but I've heard all of their albums. Good stuff!

Wow! Really? That's cool. Haven't really met anyone who likes them more than bands like Believer and Vengeance Rising. I'll have to start a Christian thrash metal thread to see what the top 2 favorites are.

This is the surprise of the year, totally out of left field that Christiaan has decided to bring this band back!

Decision-D always had great chops--clear and crisp. No muddy mixes or any of those problems. The only problem was the sheer technicality (if you consider that a problem). The vocalist is different, but he is not a bad vocalist. It is simply an acquired taste.

If you like technical stuff (think 'the Cryptopsy of thrash metal'), then Decision-D may be to your liking.

Overall, really good thrash; it's just not everyone's cup o' tea.
