| True. I just received a message from friends in Holland. I work with The Metal Resource a Dutch/English Webzine at www.mauce.nl Also www.blabberjesus.com is reporting this news as well. I can not believe Christiaan has decided to bring this classic underground thrash metal band back! Sweet Rock On! | |

| They were an awesome live band but never really could transfer this energy on their records I think. I saw them several times and the were really "mighty" on stage.
BTW , is SCULPTURE also coming back , another great Thrash band from the orange soccer nation.

Is you asking, or is you telling? That'd be awesome if they came back as well!

| I liked them. Wasn't their album "The Prostitute" on Nuclear Blast along time ago? | |

| I liked Decision D ok, but I am not all that excited about their return after the press release I received describing them as "thrash/metalcore". It also stated that the only original member will be their vocalist. Decision D were hardly a "metalcore" band, but I would imagine they are using this description to justify the direction they will be taking. Hope I am wrong. - Quote :
- Decision D Press Release August 2009
After fourteen years, the thrash/metalcore band 'Decision D' will be back on the scene. Singer Edwin Christiaan Ogenio (picture) who resides in Hollywood, California, also known as the leader of the God's Pleasure Church in the mid nineties in Holland, says in a press release that it is now time to come full circle. The band will consist of a new line-up, and new songs will be added to the existing repertoire. Shows are planned for the fall of 2009. More info will follow soon.
Edwin Christiaan is married to former fashion model Sophia Evensen who is the author of the well publicized best-selling autobiography book "Evil" released in her native country of Denmark in 2008. Together they host the website instituteoflove.net
Decisiond.com (is under construction)
Decision D released three albums, Razon de la Muerte 1992, Moratoria 1993 & The Last Prostitute 1995 _________________ ULTIMATUM - TOO METAL FOR WIKIPEDIA!

| ...man, I'm not too happy about that metalcore tag. Hopefully its just bad promoting or something and not really the sound they are going to take. | |

Describing Decision D as "classic" is a bit too much. Outside Holland, no one cares about them. Their music, although considered technical back then, doesn't have any hooks, the vocals are dull, and I've never been able to listen to any of their three full-lengths from start to finish even though I own all three. They were just another thrash/death band, with the use of Christian lyrics being the only thing that separated them from the pack. Using Christianity in lyrics doesn't make a band "good" or "classic".

| Yeah Coma, Classic might be a bit strong but we played some shows with them they were cool guys, and as a writer the Dutch Metal Resource. I probably thought more of them than some! | |

| Wow! That's big news! I've got their 3 existing albums. Razon De La Muerte is still my favourite. | |

| I only have their demo tape. We had them come over to Texas and play in our city once. I never really bothered with their CDs, for the same reasons Coma mentioned. The guys were great people and were fun to be around, and had a great ministry, but the music was just kinda lacking. | |

No, I wasn't a promoter. My buddy was kind of an unofficial one, though, and brought several bands to our area back in the day. Decision D was over in the States already, I think, for Cornerstone, or something. So my friend was able to get them to come down to South Texas for a couple of days. Red Ink opened for them, and ultmetal is right, I was not a member of Red Ink. I did see them several times, though, back then. Also, no, I do not have any External Decease demos, sorry. Haven't heard of them.

I'm sure it would be since the music is out of print and not readily available....but I would ask Kmorg just to be safe.
