I was 9 years old in 1979. This song was huge then. I wasn't really paying attention to music, rock or otherwise, till a few years later so I didn't hear most of the other songs mentioned in this thread till they were well past their freshness date.
But "I Was Made For Lovin' You" was the absoluteshizz when I was in fourth grade

Was a pubic hair away from going with "Whiskey Man" from Molly Hatchet. Then I heard this double kick drum beat echo through memory and my choice instantly became "Overkill" by Motorhead.
