The Green Manalishi (with the 2 prong crown) by Priest is better.

Second vote for that one so far

Third vote for Green Manalishi. For the longest time I had no idea that was even a cover

I thought of two more:
Manfred Mann's covers of "Blinded By The Light" and "For You" are much better than the Springsteen originals IMO.

Thanks for doing that. Glad ya dig the tune! The original has a vocal melody that at least stays in the neighborhood of the melody in the music. This cover seems odd in that aspect. Even before the uptempo stuff comes in during the beginning acoustic part.
Had no "catchy- ness" to me Still appreciate you embedding it for me
To me, it has a young “gamer” feel. It seems like it would be on a soundtrack for the World of Warcraft.

It may as well be a Priest composition. They certainly made it their own!

Yes they did. It sort of sucks, because it's one of my favorite Priest songs, and it's not even their song.

OMG, the original is terrible! Wow, the Tesla boys really had to be able to see the "diamond in the rough" to decide to cover that.

The original is horrible. Especially the vocals! That guy is not a singer.

Is that on Dynamite From Nightmareland? I have that but I don't remember an Elvis Costello cover.

WASP's version of I Don't Need No Doctor is killer. Judas Priest doing Better By You, Better Than Me. Black Sabbath's Evil Woman. Judas Priest The Green Manalishi (With the Two Prong Crown)
That's just a few I can think of.
