| I DO hate the Ravens! Not quite as much as the Patriots but close... Watching these playoff games where I don't really like either team is kind of an interesting experience because inevitably I find myself pulling for one team for some reason. Could be what I perceive as biased announcing or because I really like or dislike one particular player. The Chargers/Ravens game was a good example because I can't stand Baltimore and I think Phillip Rivers is a dick. But as the game wore on and the Ravens made a game of it, the stupidly, rabid Baltimore fans started annoying me so I found myself pulling for the Chargers in spite of Rivers. So far I haven't picked a side in this Bears/Eagles game. I still don't really care. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Wow, the Chargers "D" was very impressive. Don't like the Ravens, glad for the result.
Rooting for Bears because I like their "D" and Khalil Mack, ex-Raider.

Rooting for Bears because I like their "D" and Khalil Mack, ex-Raider. I just hope they play that well next weekend against my most-hated team in any sport New England. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| OK as this game is winding down I find myself rooting for the Eagles, probably because they're the underdogs. Plus I'd love to see Foles stick it to his former employer the Rams. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| What a game, what an ending!! I was rooting for the Bears, but it's hard to root against Foles. I love his story, and all of his unique records in his sparsley played career. | |

| What a way to lose a game. Their kicker was iffy this year and he did it again, hitting the upright. Too bad. I would have liked to see the Bears move on. | |

| I'm pretty happy with the result. I generally hate all Chicago sports teams and although I'm no fan of Philly teams either (having grown up in the area) I DO like the idea of Foles potentially coming back to haunt the Rams (who I now hate almost as much as New England, not quite but almost). _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

Currently watching the Blackhawks and Penguins.

Currently watching the Blackhawks and Penguins. I saw the NFL today ruled that that was actually a blocked kick. So does that mean the kicker only gets half the death threats? _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Holy crap, this Andy Grammer clown singing the anthem is just awful. EDIT: Early pick 6 by Tua. C'mon Clemson! EDIT2: Holy crap! We're not even 5 minutes into this game and we've already seen 3 touchdowns and a 62 yard pass play by each team. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Well, this is entertaining so far at least. 14-13 six minutes into the first quarter. Alabama's kicker just doinked the tying extra point.
I don't really like either team and was just hoping for a competitive game and so far this is all I could have asked for.
Wow! Clemson is shredding Bama. 28-16 in the second quarter.
31-16 at the half. It's not over by a long shot but I sure didn't see this coming. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Toho - That was one of the worst National Anthems I've ever heard. Maybe the worst, as I wasn't watching Carl Lewis live when he did his butchering.
Loving the outcome of this game!

| Boy this is turning into a massacreeee. 44-16 Clemson after 3 quarters. What the hell is wrong with Alabama? The Clemson QB has thrown for 3 TDs and 347 yards already. Good grief. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

Loving the outcome of this game! The Rosanne Barr version was worse, but barely. And that shouldn't really count as she's not really a "singer" to begin with. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| This hasn't even been close; Clemson has just owned Bama. Even now with Bama about to score, the Tigers are making them earn everything. And they have a 28 point lead so good luck Tide. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| OK, screw the "stay until the game is over" mantra; Alabama has the backup QB in, there are about 10 minutes left in the game and Bama is still down by 28. Cue the "na, na, na, na, hey, hey, hey, goodbye" song. I'm going to bed. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Watched MLB Network's "Hot Stove" as usual today and for the second time this week they talked to a former MLB player who has a son who is a starting quarterback in the NFL.
Monday they talked to Jerry Goff (father of Rams QB Jared Goff) who was a backup catcher in the majors. Today they talked to Pat Mahomes Sr (father of Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes Jr) who was a pitcher in MLB.
What are the odds of that? Two starting QBs in the NFL post-season with fathers who were Major League Baseball players? I wonder if that's ever happened before. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.
