Again I only have the Combat vinyl version. The Metal Blade reissue looks like a pretty good bang for the buck. Always liked this better than the debut. It has an atmosphere that isn't present on Sirens. A lot of people thought the title track was about torture and/or S-n-M. The syringe on the cover and some of the lyrics always made me think it was about drug abuse. Later on, after reading/hearing interviews with Jon. It seems I was right, for whatever that is worth. Anyways great riffs and solos from Criss (RIP) and vocal delivery from Jon.

I voted for the title track and that is all I have to say.

The song ‘ Dungeons ‘ intro reminds me now of ‘ Diary of a Madman ‘
This release has always been a winter CD for me - and ever will be.
Matt and Amy - in their early 20’s - in the front seat of a car -
night - smoking pot - freezing out -
we were going somewhere - and they happily blasted this entire cassette.
Grace of the Witch - gets my vote - driving along to that -
hearing the band for the first time - the odd dark vibe - this way -
Honestly, I couldn’t get into it - as much as they were.
They were much more into the heavier side of metal - lol - than me.
