Space and the overwhelming desire to act like an adult and not blow all of my money on stuff I rarely play (I honestly just play music streamed from a laptop to my stereo most of the time)

I buy maybe one thing a month currently whereas it was closer to one a day at one point a few years ago.

Same here. I used to spend anywhere from $200 to $500 a month on CDs. Then I realized that I actually would only listen to most of them once or twice then archive them. Now I don't even spend that month per YEAR.

Space and money are big issues for me.

For me it's money , its money that can go to other uses that are more important, maybe extra on the grocery budget or the gas budget. There's always a place it can go. I barely make ends meet right now being my income is the sole income, not even really doing christmas this year except for my daughter. And if I do get something stashed away like my tax refund or yearly bonus seems it always goes to car repairs or something costly that is needed.

To give you an idea.... the last CD I bought was David Bowie's Blackstar 2 days before he died.
