I've never understood this mentality. It doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Good songs are good songs, but because the singer sounds like someone else (and only sometimes), that's somehow a negative?

If he wasn't in a band with Dio members in it I probably would be okay with it. To me, Craig is living off Dios legacy and needs to move on. Using this Dio clone is just a terrible choice IMO.

I hear a Dio resemblance more in this tune than the first. It's also a much better song than the first one; I may be rethinking my earlier comments about picking this up.

Looks like a mixed reaction. I for one love this album! I don't care one wit about, "Goldy living off of Dio" or "the guy sounds too much like a Dio clone." To me it's song quality and memorability that make or break an album, and this one ticks off both boxes. This will be a top 10 album for me!
