Kick-ass new tune!
Geoff Tate fanboys can suck it. New Queensryche is badass.

Really digging the new album. I could do without a note-for-note cover of "Rebel Yell," but it's good, I guess. I could probably live without "Forest" as well, but the rest is excellent.
This is one of the best Toddryche songs yet...

I'm still waiting for my copy to come in the mail (along with the new Megadeth and Cult albums), dammit...!

Same here! But instead of The Cult, it's the new Blind Guardian.
I am expecting the latter along with the new Megadeth, during this week.

I didn’t know they did a cover of that on this album… now I want it even more! Rebel Yell is one of my favorite non-metal rock songs.

It took several years, but now Queensryche is firing on all cylinders with Todd.

I just heard the Rebel Yell cover…
It’s pretty close, but they are not playing the intro lick the same as Steve Stevens. It’s either in another key or they are not using the high E string.

Yeah, it's not bad, it's just out of place for me.

"Rebel Yell" isn't bad, but it's the kind of thing that bands used to save for the bonus track on the Japanese edition, not a proper album track.

My take on covering "Rebel Yell"
With Todd sharing the same view as Washington D.C, Fortune 500, Corporate Media, American Academia, Social Media Conglomerates, and Marxist criminal organisations... He feels pretty darn rebellious.

He’s more “Conformist Yell”.

It's listed as a bonus track, but those are kind of meaningless these days. But I guess we're supposed to pretend it's the same as it used to be.
