Fav Live Whitesnake?

Let's admit it - they are all pretty stellar. What is your favorite?

Went with made in japan. It is the only one i own.

I didn't realise they had so many.

Live In '84 followed by Live In The Heart Of The City.

I went with Live In The Heart of the City.
While I love all eras of Whitesnake, the early bluesy years are my favorite.

I can't even remember the last time I listened to this band, had to be in the late 80's...

I really liked Aldrich/Beach years so I would choose between Made in Japan and Britain, which came out around the same time. I much prefer the latter, as it has a much more extensive setlist. The second disc is labeled "around the world" and includes a bunch of songs that they don't usually play. The second disc of Made in Japan, on the other hand, is comprised mostly of recordings from soundchecks on that tour. It's an ok listen if you are really on a Whitesnake binge, but other than that it is rather forgettable.

Live in the shadow of the blues for me, covers all their eras and rips.

I love Starkers. Just Dave and Adrian showing their superior musicianship in stripped down crystal clear glory.

Live In The Heart Of The City gets my vote.

I'm looking forward to The Purple Tour (Live), which should be out in a few weeks. I'll also be seeing them live this summer when they tour the states with Jason Bonham and Foreigner!
