Fantastic album, if it is. Some of the best stuff he's ever done.

Right, yeah. The album is called Black Leather Mojo. At least my version is. I assume yours will be as well; it's probably just got a weird listing on Amazon. Either way, you're gonna love it!

Cool. I've been after this album for a while but it was always too pricey. But I bought this on CD for less than $10 incl. shipping. Can't wait.

And with the bonus disc, too. That's a score right there! The three demos are great tunes.

Years ago, I "inherited" my wife's pitiful collection of cds when we got married. It was mostly 90's crap alternative that 90's girls thought was "edgy" or "deep". How she came to love an antisocial, metalhead is a question for the ages.
Anyhow, among them were Sugar Ray's Floored and 14:59, both which I came to like. She got them for the hits of course, but I think they're good summer-time fun, pop music. I've often thought of adding more, just never got around to it. So for .99 cents, how could I resist?

The only Sugar Ray album I really liked was Lemonade and Brownies. I played the crap out of that back in the day. I haven't listened to it in forever but it's that rap/metal fusion that was popular then so I imagine it probably hasn't aged very well.

But it still set itself apart from that kind of stuff that was out at the time. It's in there, sure, but it's a unique mix of styles. I still think it's a fantastic album.
Floored was okay, but after that I just stopped caring much. Sure, they put out good mainstream pop albums, but it just isn't my thing, really.
