| Holy crap that was some TD by Green Bay!
Rodgers' protection was outstanding and when it finally started breaking down Rodgers just kept eluding guys and dancing around in the pocket for an eternity until a receiver finally got open in the end zone.
FINALLY! A competitive wild card game.
And another unbelievable Packers touchdown! How the hell does the Giants' secondary let a receiver get that open in the end zone on a half-ending hail mary play? _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Great stop by the Giants! I thought for sure that was going to be one of those deals where the offense lines up as if they're going to go for it on 4th down but are really just trying to draw the other team offside.
And now a NY TD. I'll say it again, FINALLY an interesting wild card game. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| Ended up being another blowout. 38-13 Green Bay.
This whole NFL weekend has been a big snore.
Especially after a college bowl season where it seemed like most games came down to the last possession. I got used to that excitement so to come back this weekend and watch 4 blowouts just plain sucked.
Hopefully tomorrow's college championship game will show the NFL how it's done.
Let's go Clemson!!!! _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| I imagine every game next week in the NFL will be close ones, save for the Patriots Texans game. Looking forward to those games. And yes, I will be rooting for Clemson too. | |

| Wow, I couldn't make it thru the whole thing so I went to bed right before the half. We picked the score at work, I picked 35-32 but not the team. Wish we would've had money on pick the score! Watched the highlights and saw the win. Awesome, happy for Clemson. I told my wife at game time that whoever had the ball last would win, just like last year. | |

| I missed the second half since the game started at 8:15 but am really glad that Clemson took it. I would have liked to have seen it. That was quite a finish | |

| I made it partway into the third quarter before I had to go to bed. Glad Clemson pulled it out. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| And what a shock! I see that Buck and Aikman (2 of the most inane and bland sportscasters) are announcing Fox's most cherished team, the Cowboys, game tomorrow. | |

| I actually don't mind Buck for football but he annoys me for baseball because he states the obvious. Stupid stuff like "Low and outside for ball 1" and then....nothing until the next pitch. Duh, I'm watching the game, I can see it was low and outside for ball 1. It was even worse when he was paired with Tim McCarver for a game because he'd just let McCarver go off on one of his stupid non-baseball-related stories while action was happening. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| That should be a great game though. I'm sort of torn about who I'm rooting for in that one. I used to really hate Dallas; guys like Romo made it easy. But I actually like Dak and Zeke and I'm sort of tired of seeing and hearing Aaron Rodgers.
I'm for Atlanta in this game too.
The second game tonight should be a masacreeee. Brady vs Osweiler? Puh-leeeze. I've already loaded up the next episode of Gotham for when that game becomes unwatchable. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| No matter who plays for them, I will always have a burning hatred for "America's Team" (I think I threw up in my mouth a little). Needless to say, as I dislike Green Bay, I am pulling for them tomorrow.
And I'm not giving Houston's chance either but I'll still watch the game, at least til Svengoolie comes on at 10. | |

| This game is OVER.
At least it was interesting for a half. So far the NFL post season has sucked. Especially on the heels of a great NCAA bowl season. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.

| I will probably watch another series or two of the Texans vs. Patriots game. All signs point to a blowout, as everyone expected. | |

EDIT: Well at least we have a reason to hang with this game a little longer now. _________________ "The cat is the most ruthless, most terrifying of animals." - Spock in the "Catspaw" episode of ToS Season 2.
