Mlotek..not all christians are judeo-christians. I am a new covenant christian. I believe in free grace theology and some gnostic teachings. I believe Jesus and the father are one in purpose but i dont believe in the trinity or original sin.. i believe the old testament is really just a history book..under the new covenant the old is passed away....
...

Now back on topic.. will the next 4 years be nothing more than fighting, lawsuits and really getting nothing done.. i am concerned that at some points the violence will escalate to guns and death..

In a word, yes. Lots of reasons which I don't feel like going into but yes, I think the next four years are going to be like the last several weeks.

Fighting is nothing new in politics. Obama and congress fought his entire 8 years... although most of the general public didn't have a clue what's going on, partly due to the media protecting Obama's image.

And, this division amongst so-called Christians is the exact reason I gave up on organized religion.  That is no rip on you, personally, or your beliefs, BT - just a broadview on organized religion itself.  Funny.  Jews, Muslims, and Christians all go back to the days of Moses, yet no one wants to adhere to the only thing in the entire Bible written by God's own finger - the Ten Commandments.

And, as far as the politics thing?  I don't have to say a word.  It is playing itself out hilariously as it stands.

I find the unbridled joy some on the left are deriving from this Mike Flynn debacle disheartening.

There were 14 resignations/firings under Pres. Obama under a variety of circumstances.  While I've made no secret for my absolute disdain for Obama and his policies I did not get any "giggles" when someone in his administration made a mistake. I also did not find it "hilarious" when Obama did something ludicrous like giving $400M to Iran for nothing.  Angry, yes; gleeful no because I recognized we're all supposed to be on the same team.

Apparently some on the left have forgotten this.  Or maybe they never recognized it in the first place...

The country has been falling apart rather quickly since Bill Clinton's secret backroom deals, Bush's illegal war (destabilization of the middle east) and Obama's socialist plots and race baiting. No one gives a crap about unity. Dems and republicans are at war with each other like rival sports teams. When we're stuck for four years with a president, whether you like him or not, we should try to make the best of it and try to at least get some common goals accomplished.

Sound advise, but sadly no one will follow it. It's a rather dire situation.

It's definitely become a "score one for my team" political climate and I agree that both sides are to blame.

Do your f*cking research. There was 1.7 Billion frozen in Iranian assets after the coup and subsequent taking of American hostages in 1979. We did not "give them four hundred million for nothing". It was their money to begin with. We have just been profiting off of the gold interest for 38 years.

George Bush - Filled his administration with Goldman Sachs assholes.

Barrack Obama - Promised hope and change - and then filled his administration with Goldman Sachs assholes.

Donald Trump - Promised to make America great again - and is not filling his administration with Goldman Sachs assholes. Oh wait! He is!

Right/Left? Nothing but bread and circus while the real business continues no matter who is pretending to be in charge.

I agree with this, though I am part of it. I found unbridled joy in the Mile Flynn debacle (with an equal amount of fear regarding what else is going on inside Bannon's administration). It does no use to point fingers, but I might find myself less inclined to get giddy over the current presidential failings except that Trump has been baiting those who oppose him for the past 18 months or however long. It'd be good to be the bigger person and all...but I just can't. Not right now.

I do, though, sincerely hope that the fighting and resistance persists for as long as he is president. If we can get some sort of lefty version of the whole tea party thing, that will be good and will hopefully help things out come 2018. Democrats need to approach this thing they way the republicans always have. Fight dirty as hell.

Demoncrats have no problem fighting dirty... it's what they do best. Hillary's campaign was nothing but unrelenting attack ads.

I'm all for the constant barrage of Left-wing condescension, hysterics, rioting and destroying their own neighborhoods/campuses and other such behavior. It's what led us to the current situation. So, four more years! Four more years! Four more years! (Not necessarily of Trump, just not someone from the left)

I think i said JEWdeochristians, because all mainstream / modern so-called christians have it wrong. The last century has worshiped JEWS and keeps them beyond reproach and as an example, look at to what the jews in Hollywood do to Jesus.

Okay, first they wouldn't let him have his 'makes no sense' travel ban, now they won't let him get rid of Obamacare.

Is it just me or has this guy broken all records for becoming a lame duck president? lame

(I know that this doesn't fit the actual definition of a LDP but it does seem that he is really lacking any kind of weight to get things done)

I am just sitting back and laughing, like most of my ilk. Trump-humpers are already saying this is the best person to occupy the Presidential seat since Reagan. I am no fan of Reagan, but I respected him as a President. This guy is a joke.
