| Any fans of ASAP? Very short-lived project by Adrian Smith. Much, much different than Iron Maiden. They released one album in 1989 called "Silver and Gold" and then shortly after called it quits. It's very '80s sounding hard rock/AOR and Smith actually sounds like Bruce Springsteen with his husky voice. It's pretty good stuff but as I said, much different from Maiden. |

| The CD is OOP. I checked eBay and there's a Japanese disc on there that isn't too high. Check it out http://cgi.ebay.com/A-S-A-P-SILVER-AND-GOLD-JAPAN-CD_W0QQitemZ150167186870QQihZ005QQcategoryZ307QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem |

| Used to have it, and the single too. Nothing spectular. I like Psycho Motel better. _________________ | |

| Good album. Completely not what I was expecting. Took a minute to adjust and sink in. So this was his first shot after leaving Maiden. I can see by the cover he wasn't concerned about pissing off people. The guy can sing and does with conviction and passion. Adrian went on to Psycho Motel which wasn't much closer to the Maiden sound and nothing like ASAP. The sound reminds me of Bon Jovi/Springsteen. |

| Took years and years before I heard the LP. I don't remember any reviews for it when released, just advertisements.
It is really good if I am in the mood, but so far away and different from what average Maiden fans would want. | |

| I regret getting rid of this. It is quite hard to get these days. _________________ | |

| I once saw it used for some ridiculous low price and passed it up, I regret this decision to not pick it then and there! | |
