That was great! Funny stuff, and I also learnt plenty.
Can't wait for the top 10.

For me - 1983 - was it - Not Joe Perry as a child of the metal years - Not Rainbow " Say What you Will " guitar riff !! Amazing when you think of it - Queensryke - Not Zebra Kill em All / Metal Health - coinciding together. 14:40 is funny - poking fun at the common imagry -

The series is called HARD 'n' HEAVY thus skirting the issue of which bands are heavy metal and which bands are hard rock.
Glad you are enjoying the series though. Thanks for the comments.

That was the best one yet. I think I can piece together the top 10 by now.
Love the random talk about band members, labels and producers on each album and where and when you first heard them.
When I think of Losers and Winners off of Balls to the Wall, the line that keeps coming to me is "write a letter - you'll feel better". It's just so random, yet memorable.
Someone could do a book about Accept lyrics.

So where's part 4? Upload it.
Do it now.
EDIT: oh wait, I see it's up. HAHA! Just not posted here yet.
EDIT 2: Screw the Flyers! Damn that game this Wednesday... Hawks haven't won a regular season game in Philly since 1996! That's when Denis Savard still played. Oh well. I'll change that losing streak to 2010 Cup Finals anytime.

Alright, I just watched all four vids straight through and they were awesome!!! Lots of information and a few bands I have to check out (Exciter, Culprit, Sweet Savage). I really like the first hand accounts and personal stories you both give regarding the albums and how they have affected your lives and got you through some tough times. Both of you come across as great fans of the music and not just some fanboys gushing about their favorite guitar solos. very well done, sirs Ult and Trog.

Thank you. They are long videos. Just two music fanatics talking music. Seems other music fanatics enjoy these videos as they are.

I am thoroughly enjoying the vids. I watched the intro to the vinyl community last night, too. Your music room is sick, Scott. I can't wait til my custom CD racks go in the mancave/ basement. I have to get that done soon before I turn the guest bedroom into a nursery. I am spinning "Long Live the Loud" on youtube right now and then it's back to your channel for another vid.

Thank you. It's changed a little since that video. It's nice to have a room like that to retreat to.
Just realized I never posted Part 4 here.

No problem. There was a link to it from the end of vid 3. By the way, I have the exact same CD rack and keep my digipacks in there too. Too funny. I am on the best of vids from the 70's right now.

Thanks for watching man. I love the 70's videos we did. In fact, we are going to re-do some of the 70's videos I did by myself. Those went over well, but they are more fun to do with Trog.
