Judging from the pixilated-end result, the band or label just said, "Ok, f**k it. Whatever. Just zoom it in and be done". They got one minor complaint and did the absolute minimum to correct the issue.
Don't forget, they were still probably paying off legal fees from the whole backward-messaging court case just a few years earlier and didn't need the hassle of another controversy.
