OH! I hear it now. I couldn't hear a resemblance to either song mentioned above until I skipped to the guitar solos and compared. Wow! That's real blatant. Funny, Dokken "Unchain..." actually crossed my mind before I even played the song because the name of the band looks like it (the P looks like a D) and there's a chain below it.

That's beyond blatant. You hear it right away and you expect the guitarist to throw some different notes in there to disguise the fact that it's a total ripoff, but it's essentially note for note. There's probably nothing to sue for here, but sue anyhow...

I've actually never noticed that before lol. This song stood out as the "one with annoying chrous" for me. Maybe it was some sort of tribute? Anyway, I'm positive they didn't rip off anyone on Totalis Metal, and that one is badass.
