Cool list a few albums I haven't heard on there and some great ones that I have.
One band who were not really ever metal but in my mind captured the spirit of the thing perfectly were absolutely huge in the U.K in '74. I chose this song for the killer riff! If we can have The Sweet then surely we can have these guys.
All hail the mighty Slade!! (and yeah, Hawkwind too but you can only ever have so many on a list)
