I don´t follow any sports at all. and about practicing, the only thing I "kindda" like and sometimes practice is weight lifting. sometimes I walk. I´m not good at any sports at all, I really like VolleyBall , but not really good at it.
Weight lifting is interesting, but it does little to nothing about health per se. its just about look, improving your self steam a little , posture , that´s it. I haven´t lifted weights in many months , but I´m thinking about starting doing such again.
But Soccer , BasketBall , these don´t exist to me.
