| In all seriousness though, I've hurt my neck more from headbanging too much than anything else. As a seasoned headbanger, I've learned ways to do it without causing injury. Of course longer hair helps as when you headbang with shorter hair you feel like you have to move your neck harder and faster to get any hair movement. Now, if you headbang for hours, several times a week then you have nobody to blame but yourself. Everything in moderation you know. | |

| Yep. When you have 4 feet of hair hanging from your head, it takes very little effort to get it spinning. | |

| Personally, I'm just hoping they invent robotic hair that you can get spinning without actually having to bang your head.
What can I say? I'm not exactly an over-achiever in the field.
