New Overkill details announced!

It's alright - I'm sure I pick it up eventually

I'll be getting it the day of release.

They have never been an over exceptional band and always a hit or miss with me. This new song is good though. I like it even if it is typical Overkill.

I've given it one listen through and gotta say I like what I've heard. It sounds like typical Overkill to me. Standout track for me right now is the first bonus track "The Fight Song".

Pre-ordered this one!

Watched That Metal Show today and there was a commercial for this album. "The Most Anticipated Thrash Album of 2014!"

I heard about half of the album the other day, and it sounded as good as any other recent Overkill album. The bass drum is very upfront in the mix... to the point where it's hard to *not* head bang when listening.

i am heavily into overkill lately.

during my vacation in Europe I picked up bloodletting and killing kind, both of which are simply amazing.

Bitter Pill is a much better song than Armorist. Sounds great! I hope to give this album a listen tonight since it's up on Spotify.

"Bitter Pill" was my fave song off WDA from the first time I jammed the album. Jamming it now...

Heard half the album today, and I was blown away enough to order off for it even though I've used up all my fun money this month (shhh don't tell the wife...).

Oh, the humanity!

I'm really burned out on thrash at the moment (don't know why), so this one will wait a while. Hope it does well for them, though.

Just picked this up - will report back once I have given it a thorough listen.

I am enjoying this album very much. Another solid offering from Overkill. "King of the Rat Bastards" is a great track.

DD's bass in Where There's Smoke, is jaw dropping!!

Yeah and that may be the strongest song on the album. His bass is really raging throughout this whole thing, with that old school 'clunk' brought back. It's badass.

The whole album is rock solid. Another strong release by the band.

Sadly, like The Electric Age, this album is brickwalled and not as enjoyable at higher volumes. But oh well.

It's not as tight or accessible as TEA, in fact it seems to be a bit more dense, which I like. Reminds me a lot of Under the Influence.
