The CD haul I ordered last month with the Savatage, Suffocation, and Sylosis albums arrived today.
The Morta Skuld CD part of that same haul did not arrived, as it was on backorder, unexpectedly. However, I got an e-mail saying that it shipped a few days later, and it should be in my mailbox at some point next week.

When I first saw that Dead Horse you got I thought "of course they reissue it after I buy the damn thing earlier this year". Turns out mine is the reissue. Love Dead Horse.
From gohastings Acid Bath - Paegan Terrorism Tactics (don't ever put this in your computer to burn. It has some thick 3-D art and it was a nightmare getting it unstuck) Ripping Corpse - Dreaming With The Dead Gomorrah - Caress The Grotesque Pink FLoyd - Meddle reissue
From amazon seller Run Westy Run -s/t (this was getting up there in price so I figured I better jump on it while it still could be had. A great record.)

My Hexenhaus - Edge of Eternity came in today and checked out the runout. Turns out it's the real deal, first pressing, official Active pressing unless I'm dealing with a carbon copy. I just can't believe I scored it for seven bucks. Of course, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

^^^Very cool^^^
I long ago decided the only Hexenhaus I'll buy is if I can see it with my own eyes that it's legit. Those discs have been bootlegged to death. I scored a legit copy of Awakenings at a flea market. Edge Of Eternity I'm still hoping on finding. Glad the risk paid off for you.

I'm still somewhat skeptical though. You're right about this being bootlegged, and the print on the label is slightly off-center, but the numbers and coloring match up, so I have no idea what else to go off of.

I would think you'll be okay if the numbers match up. One tell I always use is the type of paper used for the insert - those older ones use a thick almost card stock. Also the thickness of the disc is another. Back in the day those discs were heavy and not at all flimsy/bendy. Another thing to watch for is if the seller re-lists another copy. So many rarities on my amazon watch list are sold and then magically the seller has another to sell. Multiple times. I also look to see what other discs they're selling. If it even remotely seems sketchy I avoid. Such is the pitfalls of collecting.
Here is a photo of a legit Edge Of Eternity (hope yours checks out)

Your best bet is to check the matrix on it - the numbers on the silver side of the disc that are around the hole. Are there any numbers there?
Edit: sounds like you already checked the runout. Could be legit.

From gohastings Deceased - Luck Of The Corpse (Krokus reminded me in his death metal video that I still needed to get this. Turned out to be an original 1P from 1991) Terror - Always The Hard Way (I'm going to have to get more Terror albums. These guys are pretty great - and in the strangest thing of all my favorite song on the album is the rap tune they did) Patti Smith - Dream Of Life reissue

Vicious Rumors - Welcome to the Ball (2005 Wounded Bird reissue, but oh well)
Props to Witchfinder and jstate for help with the Hexenhaus. I've researched it as much as I can and it does seem legit indeed (as well as the seller). And it sounds AWESOME.

As long as it sounds great and you can't even tell for sure with all the research/examing you did, I would just consider it a win either way.
