Sodom - Code Red
Such a good record that doesn't pop up enough in discussions of Sodom's best albums.
I'll take Code Red over Agent Orange most any day.
I'm looking forward to it because most would share your opinion. Honestly this is the only Sodom record I haven't heard.

An oddball haul for sure today, I bought a bundle on ebay that consisted of
LP vinyl
Angel Witch - S/T Iron Maiden - Killers Rainbow - Difficult to Cure Kiss - Best of Solo albums AC/DC - If you Want Blood Motorhead - Overkill Queen Live Magic Imagination - Night Dubbing
7" vinyl
Motorhead/Girlschool - St Valentines Day Massacre Motorhead - Motorhead/Over the Top (pic disc) Thin Lizzy - Killers Live AC/DC - Rock & Roll Ain't Noise Pollution Status Quo - Caroline Whitesnake - Don't Break My Heart Again Kiss - Tomorrow
All in VG/EX condition. All for the princely sum of £16 + £6 p&p!!
This purchase was ALL about the Angel Witch album, I've been after it for a while and it's getting hard to find for under £20 on it's own, so really the other stuff is a bonus, the best of which is the Motorhead pic disc as I'm pretty sure that it was the first picture disc that I ever owned
It does mean that I now have two copies of Overkill, Killers & If You Want Blood but I've got plenty of duplicates and they can go into the for sale pile when I can be bothered.
Sunday mornings are a goldmine for eBay bargains!!
The Imagination album is going straight in the bin! I hated that band even in the 80's

- "Complete Shelter Box": CD in Digisleeve, gatefold LP incl. poster, bonus CD in paper sleeve with bonus track "Into The Waves", bonus 7" with bonus track "Into The Waves" and etching on B-side, bonus DVD in paper sleeve with "Opale" video clip, 24 page LP-sized softcover book with liner notes and English translations of the lyrics, 48 page hardcover photobook in wide format and signed art print (ca. 18x27cm) (first 500 copies with gold-black marble vinyl, second 500 copies with silver-black marble vinyl)
- "Complete Shelter Box " incl. vinyl test pressing (available only by pre-ordering until 13.12.2013)
I really grown to love this band over the last year so it was never in any doubt that I was going to pre order this first chance I got. (yeah, I went for the super expensive version w/test pressing! )

Serious thrash haul right there, man!
Crossover is such a damned good album. DRI ruled straight through, but that one is just the best. I love all the crossover thrash, from Suicidal to Excel to Cryptic Slaughter to Uncle Slam to Gang Green. Such a good sub-sub-genre.

Thank you kindly!
I'm on a big crossover thrash kick lately and I'm trying to haul in as much of it this year as possible. Most notably, these two. But my luck they're rare as shit and I'm going to have to go on a lifetime scavenger hunt for them:

Man, I've been on it for the Leeway for years. So hard to come by, it seems.
And as for the Cro-Mags, well, damn if I did not used to have Best Wishes, both the original release as well as the 2004 reissue with Age of Quarrel (which is also expensive now). Regret giving those up some times. I also used to have an awesome Best Wishes t-shirt.
Two solid, solid records. I've actually been on a kick of the Mags Alpha Omega record lately. Love that one too.

Cathedral - The Last Spire (Die Hard Blk vinyl)
I passed on this when it came out because it came out the same day as the Uncle Acid & Purson discs and have since regretted it. It has been steadily going for between £100-150 ever since so I'm delighted to have picked it up for £42.50!

Hell - The Age of Nefarious - 10" red vinyl MLP - #230 of 250. This is a 4 track mini-lp with 1 track on side A in 45 rpm and 3 tracks on the b-side in 33 rpm!
I also scored an Orchid slipmat for my turntable - and it glows in the dark.

I just listened to this on Spotify, and DAMN! This band is good. Based on the cover, I was expecting something more retro.
Do these dudes have an album? The band name is too generic, making a search difficult.

It's all in here. Hell were a legendary cult band from my neck of the woods from the 80's and a huge influence on another local band Sabbat it's ex Sabbat guitarist Andy Sneap that's talked them into reforming and actually releasing records this time around.

WTF! I went onto the Nuclear Blast website because I'm toying with buying the Hell EP, and saw that they are taking pre orders on the debut Blues Pills album. Great, I love Blues Pills and am really looking forward to it, must be out soon. Then I saw the release date 2014-06-27!!!!!!!!!
I repeat, WTF!! They are expecting people to pre order (and pay for) an album that isn't released for more than 8 MONTHS!
I'll wait till it comes out thanks guys
