I enjoy seeing all the punk rock hauls.

Plus The Dictators were one of the greatest band of the 70s.

Rising Out Of The Ashes.  Warlord is an interesting band for me since because of the name I always expect something a lot heavier.  Takes a few minutes to adjust to what I was expecting and then I start digging it.  This has happened on every Warlord I've ever gotten.  You'd think I'd learn after three album purchases.

It's called THoughts Of Yesterday 1981-1982 on Posh Boy Records.  I wasn't familiar with it either.  The TSOL tracks are just a comp of early stuff.  Peace thru' Power being the only one that is a different version.  Here is the Amazon listing.  I'd love to find a version with the Tender Fury tracks.  But I highly recommend the Pariah songs on this.

Just two live tracks, "Pipebomb on Landsdowne" and "Never Alone." Guess there were 3,000 made, 2,800 on black and 200 gray. This one is gray. Just a cool little collectible. First time I've ever seen a 5" record, which is kinda neat.

5-inch records have been used occasionally over the years, usually for specialty reasons. They would sometimes show up in children's books that included a record, usually 33 1/3 rpm.

Yeah, I figured this little label wasn't the first to do it. I have easily flipped through thousands and thousands and thousands of records over the years, so I'm just surprised I've never seen it done before.

These have been released on 200grm virgin vinyl audiophile release in extremely limited numbers (75 white 75 black) by Finish record company Blood Music and I thought that they were long, long gone but in usual style Omerch kept a few back so a managed to snag them. I missed out on Alien & City but I've already got City on vinyl which means that I'll probably end up paying a silly price for Alien.

I may not be eating for a week or two!!

The only 5" record I ever owned was in the 90s. Converge did a 5" record with "Downpour" on one side and a cover of Vio-lence's "Serial Killer" on the other.

I've recently revisited their earlier stuff - Bandwagonesque and A Catholic Education.  A lot better than I remember it being.  I think they suffered from too much hype.  Some time need to get the stuff that followed.  And I see on Amazon they've gotten the Original Albums treatment.  

From gohastings.  They've started a frequent buyer program (aka tracking your purchases) but so far I've gotten two 40% off my next used purchase codes.  Also got a 60% off used vinyl for in-store.  Now I just need them to allow codes to stack and I'll be set.  Took me a year to finally get that Witchcraft - twice I bought earlier albums mistakenly thinking it was this Legend album.  The mind is the first thing to go.

Agreed, she sounds great. Record is just as energetic as Bad Reputation or the yellow album, despite her age.

She is an artist I will always support.
