Worst cliches that you could live without

It's one of the things i never understood in american cinema and it even happens above PG-13.

The worst offender has to be Dexter, they bring in sex scenes with actors who are to prude to be nude and it ended either looking completely retarded (Batistas daughter and Quinn) or they CGI out the tits (Yvonne Strahovski's scene). Why do it in the first place if you can't show anything, making everything look fake and awkward?


Not to forget: The Evil Villain inserts a coint to continue. They apparently die, just to suddenly come back to either be finally beaten (happens in video games to, seems to be a fad in the past 10 years especially) or to pop up, basically leaving the door open for a sequel.
