I found this band totally by accident, and I haven't heard their entire discography yet, but their 2001 release The Truth Inside the Dying Sun reminds me a lot of early Metallica. There are times when the singer sounds like a young James Hetfield. And what I've heard so far kicks some major tail.

More like "Black Album" Metallica to my ears. The vocal melody is very "sad but true" ish.
I'd listen to this but would not be interested in buying it. Although, one could hope they went sompelace else in other releases.

They were talked up as a Load era Metallica sounding band back when, I remember. I used to own 2 of their albums, and can't really understand why I got rid of them.
