if Bruce Springsteen is "on the edge" of being metal, then you could pretty much add anyone from Sheryl Crow to Elton John to that list.

Hello and welcome.

Lots of artists from the 70's that I call metal, that many disagree with me about. Aerosmith, Queen, Ted Nugent, Angel, Alice Cooper, Kiss, Thin Lizzy, Molly Hatchet, Blackfoot...to name a few.

BTW, "Metal Health" is a good record. Saw Quiet Riot on that tour opening for Black Sabbath.

i can never find that album even though i really want it becuase metal health is an awesome song after i heard it on grand theft auto

I always thought White Lion's Fight to Survive was a "metal" album - and a STELLAR one at that.

I know, I just wanted to say I like him. He's one of the VERY few non-metal artists I enjoy as much as metal. I still consider bands like Ratt and Dokken metal, so for me they are either metal or not.
