We have a winner. Possibly my favourite Christmas song and one of The Darkness' best songs too (though that's tough since every song on the first two albums is great in my opinion).

Ditto. I may have a coupla of those tracks already on other albums, but that looks like a pretty decent comp. I'll be keeping an eye out for that one.

Yep from "We Wish You A Metal Christmas" with Tony Iommi on guitar - AWESOME version of the song!

What is this Dio Christmas song mentioned? Never knew about it.
Also, I pulled up a couple Theocracy albums on Amazon, I didn't see any Christmas songs. There is one song called "Bethlehem" that could be one? I'm not really familiar with this band, so I don't know what I'm looking for.

If I'm not mistaken, the Theocracy tracks are (or were) available directly from the band's website as free downloads. I don't believe they appear on actual albums.
I'm not really familiar myself, so maybe someone else here could clarify.

Metalguy is correct about Theocracy. You have to sign up as a member then you get access to the free songs.

I know everyone knows about them, but the new Trans-Siberian Orchestra EP is really good. Short, but well worth owning.
And then the lesser-known blatant rip-off band, Nothern Lights Orchestra:
Decent enough, I guess, but TSO they are not. I find them to be way too cheesy, like most Christmas music, for my liking.

Yeah, it's quite good. Five songs, two instrumentals, all under four minutes long. Jon Oliva has writing credits on just one song, and the rest are all Paul O'Neill's. But it's still solid.
And it doesn't really come off like a Christmas album, you know. I mean, it is, of course, but it's not overly recognizable as Christmas music unless you really pay attention to the lyrics and stuff. It wouldn't be weird to crank it in July, you know. Haha.

Despite trying not to buy too much, I'm willing to get this, but none of the Wal-Marts in my area have it.

Steve Lukather - Santamental features Eddie Van Halen, Edgar Winter, Steve Vai, Slash & Mike Landau rocking trough all the christmas classics.
And the two Merry Axemas albums are also really good

Lots of really good stuff has been posted here. Thanks everyone! I've been checking out the videos posted, and many of them will be added to my Holiday listening this year.
Deliverance seems pretty awesome. I've never really listened to them before, but aside from Believer they were really the only Christian thrash band I knew of. I'm not religious, so I never really sought these types of bands out, but religion or no, there is no question that Deliverance crushes. I will have to get some albums by them.

One of my all-time favorite Christmas songs, done metal and done RIGHT!:
Here's a good one. Check out the fancy double bass work starting just after 1:45 on this one:
Check this one out...slow and doomy. It gets REALLY stinkin' heavy at :50, or so:
