Looks interesting. I thought IM2 was OK, but this looks to be taking things in a different direction, and also building on the events of The Avengers.

That looks pretty bad-ass. I loved the first "IM," thought the second one was a bit of a let down but still entertaining enough.

I have not seen the Avengers yet, eventually. I thought IM 1 & 2 were rather enjoyable.

That reminds me, I borrowed The Avengers from my brother over a week ago, and I still haven't had time to watch it -- gotta get on that!!
On a somewhat related note, I just came back from the library... the lady on line in front of me was returning their "Avengers" DVD and sez "We had a little problem with it..." The DVD case had been chewed to hell by the family dog. I was like "Ouuuch!"

When Tony's Malibu house goes over the cliff into the Pacific during the clip, I flashed on the Enterprise crashing into the planet in one of the Next Generation big screen flics.

My main reason is that I am told, the Avengers ties directly into Thor, which I have not been able to finish. Some of the acting in that movie is so BAD!! IMO it is worse than Daredevil (which I enjoyed, still terrible) and Electra (Which was awful).

I've seen both Iron Man movies, Cap. America and the Avengers. Still need to catch up on Thor.
The next Iron Man looks cool enough. Of course it's the first trailer, so they gotta make it cool. Still, the other 2 in the series have been enjoyable as I'm sure this new one will be as well. I saw that Jon Favereau isn't directing this new one though. Hope that doesn't impact things too much.

I thought "Thor" was a pretty good flick, even though I was never much of a Thor fan during my comic geek days. Out of the 5000+ comics I had in my collection, I think I had three Thor issues, tops.

They got Shane Black to write and direct it, he's most famous for writing the first Lethal Weapon, The Last Boy Scout and directing Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang.
BTW - I liked Thor, it was much better than I was expecting

Just focus on Natalie Portman, she'll get your mind off the bad acting .

I enjoyed the second one more than the first. Both are excellent in my book.
