MUSIC HAUL (CD / VINYL / DVD Purchases) 2012

Yesterday I went into Half Price Books to get a gift card and made the mistake of checking the newer arrivals. I thought I made my last big CD purchase of the year but due to someone selling their CDs and me being fortunate to find them I got a good haul. I made away with some good thrash, one death metal album, one classic metal album, and two (in one) Christian rock classics:

I was most suprised at this being there. If not for Ult and NLTM, I wouldn't have known this was a good find.

Green is a fantastic album! Wicked underrated.

That was also the first great find of the metal albums in that haul. I was exstatic as it was the last Fates Warning in my wantlist that I needed. The two Forbidden and the Uncle Slam CDs were just icing on the cake.

Man, that makes me wish I had a record store around here. The closest I've got to that are Wal-Mart and Best Buy.

I almost bought that Bolt Thrower this weekend. Had it in my hands and set it down. Kinda wish I'd gotten it now. I like that Uncle Slam but I'm an even bigger fan of their other two.
