As far as I can figure, mine is four.

4) My cousin was an extra in Glenroe.
3) Glenroe starred Mick Lally.
2) Mick Lally and Matthew Macfadyen were both in Middletown.
1) Matthew Macfadyen was in Frost/Nixon with Kevin Bacon.

So what are your Bacon Numbers?

There's a possibility of my number being three - if an EastEnders actor was in something with Kevin Bacon. But there are just too many to check.

As a result of a few years spent in an academic career I also have an Erdős number. I think it's six, although I'm not absolutely certain as I don't have the means to check.
