3 Degrees of Separation

I realized today that there are 3 degrees of separation between my band and the most popular heavy metal band of all-time.

Lance Wright (Temple of Blood, drums) -> Vile (Jack Gibson, bass) -> Exodus (Kirk Hammett, guitar) -> Metallica

That's a lot closer than I thought we would be. My initial estimation went by way of Malmsteen and Ozzy (through Rudy Sarzo) and got to Rob Trujillo.
